A harlequin set of ladder back chairs in ash and elm, attributed to Shropshire.
Turned front legs with concave and inverted cup turning motif terminating in pad shaped feet, still with their protective metal caps.
Two of the chairs with flat stay rails and the two with shaped rails display turnings at the top of the uprights.
Exceptional colour, well figured timber and good condition.
